From PLUM comes the 1/72 Kingdom of Honneamise Air Force Fighter 3rd Schira-DOW (Two-seat Type), faithfully recreating one of the distinctive aircraft from the acclaimed anime film Royal Space Force: The Wings of Honneamise. Originally designed for GAINAX's groundbreaking 1987 feature, the Schira-DOW is known for its sleek, streamlined fuselage and distinctive twin rear-mounted propellers. This release depicts the rarer two-seat variant, featuring a redesigned cockpit while preserving the elegant airframe that made the original aircraft so memorable.
This 1/72 scale plastic model kit accurately reproduces the aircraft's unique silhouette and offers the choice of displaying it either in flight using the included display stand or parked with its landing gear deployed. Builders can also choose to display the canopy in the open position, complete with the included boarding ladder for added realism. The model uses a selectable assembly design rather than interchangeable parts, and paint and cement are recommended for assembly, making it an enjoyable project for experienced scale modelers and fans of classic anime aviation alike.
