The "Powered GM" mobile suit from "Mobile Suit Gundam 0083: Stardust Memory" joins the HGUC series. The entire body is constructed with parts that minimize visible seams, pursuing a sleek appearance. Double joints are used in the elbows to expand the range of motion. Three types of wrists are included: a right wrist for rifle/bazooka, a right wrist for saber, and a left wrist for supporting the bazooka with an added articulation point. A bullpup machine gun, shield, beam saber, and hyper bazooka are included.
