1/100 RX-99 Neo Gundam Model Kit – Mobile Suit Gundam Silhouette Formula 91

The 1/100 RX-99 Neo Gundam is a vintage Bandai plastic model kit based on the mobile suit from Mobile Suit Gundam Silhouette Formula 91 in UC 0123. Developed by Anaheim Electronics as part of the Silhouette Formula Project, the Neo Gundam represents an advanced mobile suit design built around powerful beam weaponry and a distinctive Core Block System. Its white armour, blue and red accents, and large G-B.R.D. (Generative Beam Rifle Device) give it a striking appearance among late Universal Century mobile suits. Originally released in 1992, this classic kit is a great addition to a vintage Gundam collection.

Built at 1/100 scale, this kit features a transformable Core Fighter that detaches from the mobile suit's back and unfolds into a separate support craft without requiring additional parts. The Core Fighter can also combine with the G-B.R.D. for an alternative display configuration. Clear green components are used for the camera eyes, beam sabers, and beam shield, while the large rifle includes a support brace that secures it to the forearm for two-handed poses. As a classic early-1990s model kit, it offers a nostalgic build with distinctive transformation and weapon-display features.
