Light Mud - ABT125-

The Abteilung 502 Light Mud oil colour is a specialized weathering paint designed to recreate realistic mud, dirt, and dried earth effects on scale models and dioramas. Its light earth tone works particularly well for adding dried mud over darker weathering layers, especially around vehicle lower hulls, wheel wells, tracks, and splash-prone areas. (AK Interactive)

The ABT502 oil range is formulated with a reduced oil content compared with conventional artists' oils, providing a more matte finish and allowing modelers greater control during weathering. Light Mud can be mixed with plaster or other Abteilung 502 colours, such as Dark Mud ABT130, to create different mud tones and textures. It can also be combined with varnishes to produce either wet or dry mud effects. The tube contains 20 ml of oil colour.
