Oil Paint ABT004-Bitume - Abteilung502

Abteilung 502 ABT004 Bitume is a deep, dark oil colour formulated specifically for scale-model weathering and shading. Its near-black brown tone is particularly useful when working with dark-coloured subjects, where a pure black can create overly harsh contrast. Bitume can be used to deepen shadows, emphasize recessed areas, and add definition to panel lines and other surface details.

The slow-working oil formula gives modelers plenty of time to manipulate and blend the colour, making it suitable for washes, pin washes, filters, and localized weathering. Applied into panel lines and recessed details, Bitume helps increase visual depth while retaining a more natural appearance than straight black. The paint is supplied in a 20 ml tube and is suitable for vehicles, aircraft, ships, figures, Gunpla, and diorama subjects.
