Oil Paint ABT006-Burnt Umber - Abteilung502

Abteilung 502 ABT006 Burnt Umber is a classic, versatile dark brown oil colour developed for scale modeling, weathering, and general detail work. Its neutral-to-dark brown tone is particularly effective for adding depth and volume to sand and earth-coloured finishes, while also providing a useful natural shade for accessories, equipment, and other model details.

Burnt Umber can be used on its own or blended with other Abteilung 502 oil colours to create a wide range of weathering and shading effects. Its rich brown tone makes it useful for washes, filters, shadows, dirt, and grime, while its neutral character allows it to work across many different colour schemes without introducing an overly strong colour bias. The paint is supplied in a 20 ml tube.
