Oil Paint ABT110-Black

The Abteilung 502 ABT110 Black is a specialized modeling oil colour designed for painting, shading, and weathering scale models. Its deep black tone is particularly useful for darkening panels, creating strong shadow areas, adding depth to recessed details, and producing heavy weathering effects on vehicles, machinery, and dioramas. The tube contains 20 ml of oil colour.

While pure black can sometimes produce an overly harsh effect, ABT110 works especially well over dark grey surfaces where it can create controlled shadowing and tonal variation. It can also be mixed with other colours to deepen their tone, making it a versatile addition to an oil-weathering collection. Abteilung 502 oils use a reduced-oil formulation intended for modelers, providing good pigment control and a more matte finish.
