Oil Paint ABT130-Dark Mud

The Abteilung 502 ABT130 Dark Mud oil colour is a dedicated weathering paint for creating realistic mud and dirt effects on scale models and dioramas. Its dark tone is especially useful for representing fresh, damp-looking mud and for building darker layers underneath lighter mud effects on vehicles, tracks, wheels, and lower surfaces. The tube contains 20 ml of oil colour.

Dark Mud can be used on its own or combined with ABT125 Light Mud and plaster to create richer, more varied mud textures. Darker mud is particularly effective underneath lighter mud on splashes and in recessed or sheltered areas where fresh mud would naturally accumulate.
