Oil Paint ABT225-Midnight Blue

Abteilung 502 ABT225 Midnight Blue is a deep blue oil colour formulated specifically for scale modeling and weathering. Its dark, cool blue tone is particularly useful for adding subtle colour variation and depth to models with gray or black base colours. It is also well suited to science-fiction subjects, ships, and dioramas where controlled blue-toned weathering can add visual interest without creating an overly bright effect.

Midnight Blue can be used with the dotting technique to introduce cool shadows into green vehicle finishes, helping create more complex and natural-looking colour variation. It is also useful for painting or shading blue clothing and uniform details on figures. The paint comes in a 20 ml tube and is designed for the washes, filters, fading, and other weathering techniques commonly used with Abteilung 502 oils.
