Oil Paint ABT230-Blue-Green

Abteilung 502 ABT230 Blue-Green is a specialized oil colour designed for creating depth, contrast, and subtle chromatic variation on scale models. Its blue-green tone is particularly useful over green finishes, where it can deepen the colour and introduce natural tonal variation without relying on a simple black or brown wash. It can also be mixed with other green and blue oils to create additional shades.

The colour is especially versatile for weathering grey and black subjects, including sci-fi models, ships, grey military vehicles, and winter-themed dioramas. It can be used for washes, filters, fading, shading, and localized weathering, while the long working time of oil paint allows the effect to be blended and softened after application. The paint is supplied in a 20 ml tube.
