Tamiya Weather Master Kit "A"

Tamiya Weathering Master A Set is a compact weathering system designed to add realistic dirt, dust, and worn effects to plastic models. The set contains three semi-wet weathering colours-Sand, Light Sand, and Mud-that can be applied directly to finished surfaces to create subtle environmental effects. The pigments adhere well to model surfaces and can be built up gradually for greater control.

The three colours provide different options for weathering Gunpla, military vehicles, aircraft, cars, figures, and dioramas. Sand is intended for creating dusty finishes, while Light Sand is particularly useful for adding dust to light-coloured vehicles and surfaces. Mud can be used to reproduce heavier dirt accumulation around areas such as tank tracks and rally-car bodywork. Tamiya includes an application tool that allows the colours to be brushed, blended, and layered onto the model.

Unlike liquid weathering washes, Weathering Master allows the modeller to apply pigment precisely without it flowing freely into surrounding areas. This makes the set useful for adding final weathering touches after painting and detailing, whether you're aiming for subtle dusting or more pronounced dirt effects.
